Donations will be used to fund our mission-driven initiatives. The use of donations can be broken down into two main groups: direct costs and indirect costs. Examples include:
- Humanitarian Aid: Providing food, shelter, clean water, and medical care to communities in need.
- Environmental Protection: Funding conservation efforts, research, or advocacy to protect natural resources.
- Salaries and Benefits: Paying staff members, from program managers to administrative and fundraising personnel.
- Administrative Expenses: Costs for rent, utilities, office supplies, and technology infrastructure.
- Materials and Supplies: Consumables, chemicals, prototypes, and other materials used during experiments and research activities.
- Equipment: The cost of specialized machinery, tools, and instruments purchased or used specifically for research.
- Travel: Expenses for fieldwork, attending conferences to present findings, or collaborating with other researchers.
- Subcontracts and Consulting: The cost of hiring external organizations or experts to perform specific tasks related to the research.
- IT and Technology: The expense of providing and maintaining computer systems, data storage, and network infrastructure.
- Library and Information Services: Access to academic journals, databases, and other resources essential for research.
